By accessing or using the Vip Cappadocia Transfers website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including passengers, corporate clients, and visitors.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation email. Vip Cappadocia Transfers reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion. Prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of all applicable taxes and tolls unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, contact details and flight information. Vip Cappadocia Transfers is not liable for missed transfers due to incorrect information provided by the passenger. Passengers must ensure their luggage fits within the stated vehicle capacity.
For airport pickups, our drivers wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes after the actual flight landing time. For other pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes. Extended waiting may be charged at €5 per 15-minute interval.
Vip Cappadocia Transfers operates with full passenger liability insurance as required by Turkish law. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the booked transfer. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, missed flights, or losses caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
Vip Cappadocia Transfers reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable. In the event of a significant service disruption, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Vip Cappadocia Transfers reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund in cases of abusive, threatening or dangerous behaviour. Eating, smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Vip Cappadocia Transfers may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
